I want to start by recognizing Carmen and Brandon in the Service Department. Both of them are absolutely amazing and are the primary reason I am giving this dealership a five-star review. I have owned Cadillacs for several years, and anytime I have had an issue, Carmen, the service manager, and Brandon have consistently gone above and beyond to resolve it and make things right. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. The level of service they provide is exactly what you would expect from Cadillac, and they are a tremendous asset to this dealership. Unfortunately, my experience with the purchase and delivery of my new vehicle through Alex was very different. To be clear, this was a brand-new Cadillac with only TWO MILES on the odometer when I purchased it. Despite that, the vehicle was delivered to me with water spots throughout the exterior, a stain in the cargo area, and a scratch on the front passenger seat. For a vehicle this new, these issues were extremely disappointing. A proper pre-delivery inspection and detail should have identified and addressed all of this before I was ever handed the keys. Instead, I found myself having to bring my brand-new vehicle back to the dealership and leave it with the Service Department for two days so Carmen and Brandon could correct problems that should have been taken care of before delivery. Thankfully, they stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and made everything right. I was equally disappointed with the actual delivery experience. After completing the purchase with the Finance Department, my salesperson did not take the time to walk me through the vehicle, demonstrate its features, or answer my questions. Instead, I was handed off to another young gentleman who seemed rushed and made me feel as though the priority was simply getting me out the door rather than making sure I was comfortable with my new Cadillac. When someone is spending over $80,000 on a brand-new Cadillac with two miles on it, the delivery experience should reflect the level of vehicle and brand they are purchasing. I expected a much more attentive, thorough, and professional experience. With that said, Carmen and Brandon completely turned the situation around. Their professionalism, patience, commitment to customer satisfaction, and willingness to make things right are the reason I am still giving this dealership five stars. They represent exactly the level of customer service I expect from Cadillac, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what an incredible asset both of them are to this dealership.

Had the pleasure of working with Branden as my service advisor. He really made my visit a great one and assured that I was taken care of. I was having some issues with my 2025 Escalade and Branden took care of everything for me. Would definitely recommend of looking for a nice and professional service spot.

5 Stars — Hallie Deserves Hazard Pay for Handling Me Let’s get one thing straight: I brought my Escalade in for service, not for a life-changing customer service experience. And yet, here we are, me writing a review like I’m narrating my own origin story, because Hallie at the service desk is that good. It started with a phone call — normally the moment where my will to live quietly leaves my body, because “getting service scheduled” usually ranks somewhere between root canals and doing my own taxes. Instead, Hallie picked up, and within minutes had everything sorted like she was assembling the Avengers, except the mission was “fix Mitch’s giant SUV” and honestly a much more achievable goal. She’s got that rare combo — actually helpful and actually pleasant, which in the service industry is basically a mutant power. No canned scripts, no transferring me to four different people, no hold music that makes you question your life choices. Just straight-up “I got you” energy from start to finish. By the time I dropped the Escalade off, it felt less like a service appointment and more like checking in with a friend who happens to know everything about cars. 10/10, would get vehicular work done here again just to talk to Hallie about literally anything else. If this dealership had a leaderboard, Hallie’s sitting at the top wearing a cape she definitely didn’t ask for but 100% earned. Okay, let’s talk about Tom at Cadillac Calabasas, because apparently in a world full of chaos, broken warranties, and mechanics who speak in riddles, this man decided to be the one competent adult in the room. Rude, honestly. I came in expecting the usual “your car is basically cursed, sign here” runaround, and instead I got someone who actually explained what was happening to my car like I wasn’t a golden retriever staring at a vacuum cleaner. We hit some genuinely difficult, complicated problems with my vehicle — the kind that could’ve easily turned into a multi-week disappearing act — and Tom stayed on it like it was personal. No dropping the ball, no “let me get back to you” black hole. He kept me in the loop the entire time, made sure the right people were on my case (yes, even the mysterious warranty wizards in the back), followed up relentlessly, and treated my vehicle like it mattered instead of just another VIN number on a clipboard. Above and beyond isn’t even the right phrase — this man basically strapped on the katanas and handled business. 10/10, would get my car serviced by this man again even if it meant regenerating a limb or two in the waiting room. Ask for Tom. Thank me later.

A great experience with Ethan who previously sold me a CT4 and also helped me with my upgrade to my CT5V. Drove it all the way from Calabasas to Culver City. Relatively new to the Cadillac family with my purchase of an Optiq at a different dealer, and Cadillac of Calabasas has earned my respect and business going forward. Have had two encounters with their service department so far, once for a tire recall and more recently for a cosmetic issue. Service advisor Andrew Bañales's communication has been timely and transparent, and when the service department ran into a parts delay he went above and beyond to get me a courtesy vehicle (also electric). Relatively new to the Cadillac family with my purchase of an Optiq at a different dealer, and Cadillac of Calabasas has earned my respect and business going forward. Have had two encounters with their service department so far, once for a tire recall and more recently for a cosmetic issue. Service advisor Andrew Bañales's communication has been timely and transparent, and when the service department ran into a parts delay he went above and beyond to get me a courtesy vehicle (also electric). I don't think I'm the kind of luxury car owner who projects a lot of attitude or entitlement, but I appreciate being treated with respect that much more when I don't have to demand it!

I had a great experience working with Frank Tepesano at Cadillac of Calabasas. He was professional and gave me a great deal on my Cadillac Lyriq. I highly recommend working with him and his staff.

Mohammed Ramadan is extremely helpful, made our entire experience so much better. We bought 3 Escalades from Cadillac of Calabasas. They always exceed our expectations.

My husband wanted to browse to buy a new car and we had already checked a few other places. Brian Epps was sincere, helpful, professional, and I think this guy may have a degree in English literature! Post delivery, Frank also kept continuing to support and answered all the questions I had. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've had with any car dealership. I recently leased a new Vistiq and Christian was great to work with. I work weird hours and was not available to come in to the showroom and he helped me with all of my questions via text. He started working on the deal and when I was finally able to come in he got me a great price and walked me through the info on the car. 10/10 recommend
